My journey into sex education & relationship coaching began when I was aware of the lack of adequate sexuality education in schools and especially a lack of inclusive sex education.  

 

Through my University as well as training from The Institute of Sexuality Education and Enlightenment [ISEE], The Sexual Health Alliance [SHA], and The Gottman Institute, I delved deep into diversity, relationships, and sexuality. The more I learned, the more I realized how crucial comprehensive sex education is for fostering healthy relationships, pleasure, and personal well-being. Yet, I saw a glaring gap between what people needed to know and what they were being taught.

Starting my own sex education and relationship coaching business was the natural next step. I envisioned a space where people could seek guidance without fear of judgment—a place where questions were met with empathy and expertise. Through my workshops, coaching, and online resources, I reach a diverse audience, break down stigmas and promote sexual wellness.
